Bangladesh securities and commission issued notice on June 3, 2018 in relation to the Corporate Governance code. For corporate governance code, they have issued guidance on comprising following matters.

- Obligations upon directors
- Internal Auditor (Commission of Audit committee)
- Subsidiaries (Governance arrangement between Parent and Subsidiary)
- CEO and CFO (Public Listed companies must have position of CEO and CFO and they will certify the financial statements
